Study Island is a web-based program aligned with Rhode Island’s Grade Level and Grade Span Expectations. It is used in several ways, as an addendum to instruction, and as practice for NECAP (New England Common Assessment Program) tests, which are also based on GLE’s. It has materials for grades 2 and up. The Wilbur-McMahon School has a subscription and student passwords are available through the school.

How to Use: Students can access the program by simply logging on to www.studyisland.com, where they will find each topic organized with a lesson, assessment questions, and explanations. The mastery of these topics will help students gain confidence when taking the NECAP.
